The original contract sum has been paid to the contractors that executed the project,now we are left with the over- invoice sum of US$18,600,000.00 (Eighteen Million, Six Hundred Thousand U.S.Dollars Only). Infact we have sufferd a lot even when our last president was on seat,this project was been finish before the war in the country and we are very ready to leave Irak immiediately this fund has been transfered.All arrangements have been concluded on how this fund would be moved. My constraints lie on the fact that I required a foreign firm or individual account number where the money will be paid into; whose owner will be portrayed as a contract beneficiary of the funds.
